The learning tools are fantastic. The immersive reader is great, but fsl teachers need it to be able to read French.10 votes
Thanks for your feedback. French is a supported language in the Immersive Reader feature in Learning Tools. Click here to see which languages are supported by Learning Tools: support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4015390
I prefer my students to work online, or rather via the browser, partly because I don't want to confuse them with the different layouts at this stage (if ever). I like the opportunity to paste news paper articles as "pictures" and would love for my students to be able to use the learning tools to listen to them directly in the browser/online version of OneNote.8 votes
Immersive Reader is now available in OneNote Online! Enjoy!
It would be great if immersive reader would also translate.2 votes
Just rolling out! See details in this blog: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Education-Blog/10-Learning-Tools-updates-for-the-new-year-including-Translate/ba-p/308190
Please have the Immersive Mode settings and customizations be permanent till we change them for all notebooks so we don't have to set them up over and over again.
So whenever I click the “Immersive Reader” button I get 3 tiny icons at the upper right hand corner on the screen – Reading Preferences, Grammar Options, and Text Preferences.1 vote
