Learning Tools - Immersive Reader
Allowing students to read directly in the document rather than opening up a separate reader would be a great feature.

Choose where dictation starts
Currently enjoying the dictation feature in OneNote 2016 and am disappointed that it is not yet available in Win10 OneNote. My main concern, however, is that the dictation tool is not very useful unless I can choose where the dictation starts by having dictation start at my cursor. Please add this ASAP so I don't have to switch to using Google Docs or purchase Dragon.

Dictation tool in OneNote
In my current use of OneNote, the dictation tool has the speech to text typing appearing at the bottom of the page in the notebook. The speech recognition typing needs to be occur next to the paragraph. We are reading a passage and need to take notes directly to the right side of the passage.

I think that the Learning Tools are a really fantastic feature but the UI for Dictation needs to be more visable and give the user feedback

Custom labels in immersive reader
Is it possible to give teachers the ability to create custom labels so they could input their own terminology lists into immersive reader. This would allow students to better check their work and edit it.

set default text color to white (or others) in Win10
Can I set text color to white by default? Because I set page to black. What frustrating me is when I add a text box, the text color will be "black" automatically. And I found no solution to set default text color.

Immersive reader in Forms
Immersive reader would be a wonderful tool in Forms! It’s a need for students that have 504 plans requiring oral administration on tests.

Immersive Reader should allow the use stylus while reading text
While the Immersive Reader reads, there should be an option to use a stylus to underline or highlight words.

Use cortana to start dictation
I can already launch OneNote with Cortana but it would be great if I could have a page open and then say "cortana start dictation in OneNote" and have it start taking down what I say. This would be useful if I am reading a textbook and want to take some notes without having to look away from the book I'm reading

learning tools picture dictionary
Will all the features available in Learning Tools be streamlined? For instance, Picture Dictionary is available in OneNote Class Notebook online, but not OneNote 2016. It's very confusing to teachers and students when certain features of this helpful tool are available for specific products - and not the same across Word, Word online, OneNote (desktop), OneNote online, etc.

Default Japanese font in the immersive reader
Default Japanese font in the immersive reader is MS gothic. This font is very OLD Japanese font. Customer will image Windows 95.
We should use UD Digital Kyokasho Font for ICT education that added in RS3 or Yu Gothic that is default font in Windows 10.3 votes -
Save Preferred Fonts
The ability to save 3 or 4 fonts (size, style, color) would be really helpful. It would be awesome to be able to select these from Right click menu too.

Recording audio while listening to playback recordings
I use onenote to record student playing test in both Band and vocals. Currently they just play the test and it works fine, but I would like to also have the ability for them to play the other parts and record their parts while listening to that playback. For vocals that would mean that they listen to all of the other singing parts while then adding their own part. Basically this would be like a multitrack recording inside of onenote.

Add a phonetic feature
When young children first learn how to read they learn individual sounds and how to blend them together into a word. For example, the word might is segmented into c-ar-t. Individual grapheme sounds such as c & t are written with a dot underneath and digraphs such as 'ar' are underlined to show children that those 2 letters work together to create one sound. These are called sound buttons.
I think it would be fantastic if there was a feature where you could apply sound buttons to words so that students can attempt to read a word before hearing it.…

Immersive Reader tools in French
I teach in a French First Language School. Thank you for the Immersive reader in French. Will you be offering the comprehension, syllable, noun, verb, adjective function in French soon? Right now it says only available in English. It would be so helpful for my students with Learning Challenges. (I teach grade 5/6). Thank you very much
