I'm interested in creating AUs, one for each school to have delegated password admins, aka Teacher Password Reset. The district is not interested in the groups or teams. I don't want to create thousands of unused groups. Rather than falling back to using CSV files, I'd like the option to skip the creation of groups. I see the option to skip Teams and create only groups, but I want to create neither groups nor Teams. Thanks.
